Leadership, guidance and motivation of a team of around 20 employees in production Developing our positive team culture through clear communication, conflict resolution and strengthening cooperation Representation of the transferred layer line and other group lines in absence Ensuring all quality, hygiene and safety standards Analysis of weaknesses and optimization of production and cleaning processes Monitoring, control and documentation of production processes Operational support for shortages due to leave or illness

Multiannual leadership experience in an industrial production environment High leadership competence, enforcement strength and sense of responsibility Complete training in the industrial environment or well-founded practical experience in comparable areas of activity Ideal experience in the food sector Ready to work in the 3-shift system
