Property manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will immediately take over the holistic care of our German office locations at a maximum of 20 hours a week and connect real estate management with commercial control: Management of currently 12 office locations in the daily business Examination of operating costs including Analysis of deviations and processing of queries Budget planning, monitoring and ensuring economic use Control and optimization of energy supply contracts Administration of our job booking software (Deskbird) Participation in renovations, renovations and maintenance Support in the planning of new sites and support of moving Local travel to our German locations

Completed training in real estate (e.g. real estate businessman, real estate manager:in) or comparable experience as qualified:r Quereinsteiger:in Experience in commercial real estate management of advantage Good knowledge of commercial processes, contract management and budget management Careful and analytical methods, in particular for billing Organisational strength and independent work Communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external partners Good IT skills, ideally experience with SAP English knowledge required, French of advantage Driving licence class B and readiness to travel within Germany
