Our concept consists of a breakfast, lunch and evening menu, changing weekly dishes, ''To Go'' food and small catering.

Organisation and optimization of the restaurant Coordination of smooth cooperation with the kitchen Instruction and leadership of employees Service and holiday planning Crisis management (personnel failure, whistling, complaint management) Coordination of ordering and invoice controls Concept development, further development of the menu Hygiene responsibility and care of the branch ensure Monitoring of cash and daily bills Customer advice (feelers, corporate events, etc.)
