Ensuring transparency through KPI management, compliance monitoring, audits, accident investigations, management reviews as well as correction and prevention measures.
Completed studies, a technical qualification or comparable training
Multiannual professional experience in HSE in the industrial or group environment
Founded HSE expertise with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 qualifications; Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 50001 are advantageous.
Recognised qualification in the field of occupational safety, e.g. as a specialist for occupational safety, safety engineer*in or comparable international certification (e.g. NEBOSH).
Experience in change management including the successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of auditing, management systems and methods of continuous improvement, ideally complemented by a qualification as an internal auditor or a six-sigma certification (GB, BB or MBB).
Experience in handling HSE software solutions (e.g. Quentic, Intelex, Enablon)
Flowing German and English knowledge for secure communication with different stakeholders
