A well-tempered chef who prepares omeletts and egg dishes on request. Work in the Rythmus of the day. The early shift means: early start 6:45 a.m. but also early evening. While others are still in shiftwork, the breakfast chef enjoys the afternoon. This task is a key position that significantly influences the well-being of the guests.
