You support the design and implementation of Employer Branding measures and projects. You are responsible for the operational social media management of our career channels (Instagram, LinkedIn & Co.), who are responsible for our editorial plan, and you are writing texts as well as video and image content for social media. You control the ongoing updating of our career page, follow-up trends and best practices in Employer Branding and Social Media, and thereby initiate creative impulses for new actions. You participate in internal voting processes and communicate with service providers independently.
You are immatricated and studying human resources, marketing, communication and media sciences or the like, and are available for a total of 20 hours and 3 days a week. You are a creative mind, communicative, have fun writing and are interested in current social media trends. First practical experiences in Employer Branding, Personal-/ Marketing or Content Creation are of advantage. We require the safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint. A high self-initiative, rapid understanding and careful and self-employed work are yours.
