The CJD is the largest joint Christian educational and social enterprise in Germany. Its more than 10.500 employees promote and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 sites in Kitas, schools, vocational training workshops and apprenticeships, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

In Katharina and Kurt Heermann-Jugenddorf in Stuttgart we offer young people aged 12 to 21 years a protected place of learning and living. In three specialized housing groups according to §§ 34, 35a and 41 SGB VIII, a total of 18 fully-stationary places are available for young people in the Autism spectrum.

Our aim is to strengthen young people with their individual autism-specific needs in their personal development to give them orientation and to accompany them on their way to more self-employment and social participation. We create an environment that connects security, structure and individual promotion.

Your New Task

• Guidance of the group and the staff team
• Consultation, accompaniment and promotion of young people for whom temporary or long-term no return to the family of origin is possible
• Acceptance of service and holiday planning and Guidance of team meetings
• Work with young people with a Autism-spectrum
• Structure of structures and routines in everyday life
• Design of the common living space and the Free time design
• Promoting social participation through social space orientation
• Cooperation with parents and with professionals in Education and assistance planning and all aid stakeholders
• Cooperation with youth office, schools, training centres and offices

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a state-approved ** educator / youth and home educators (w/m/d)** or
• Completed study Social education**
• Experience in dealing with young people with special needs
• Selfemployed and self-employed work**
• Teaming
• Providing for shift and weekend service
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
