In this role, you bear the overall responsibility for quality assurance at the Baden-Baden site and develop the QS team with far-sightedness and clarity. As a quality entity, you ensure compliance with our integrated management system (including ISO 9001) and drive forward its continuous development with a view to future requirements. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits, analyse meaningful quality indicators and initiate sustainable improvement measures. Design and control quality-relevant processes along the entire value chain - including complaint management, trouble ticket processes and 8D methodology - in close coordination with internal departments and external partners. You independently pursue technically oriented priorities in the product and entire business environment also outside the classic QM area. In addition, you are actively engaged in cross-site QS initiatives, take over cross-departmental projects and thus make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the site in line with the corporate objectives.

You have completed technical studies (Bachelor or Master) – for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, refrigeration or process engineering, in industrial engineering or a comparable environment. Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance/quality management in the industrial or automotive environment. Ideally, you have already worked in a comparable position and are familiar with complex quality requirements as well as cooperation with different teams. Extensive quality methods and tools such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, APQP or PPAP apply routined and know how to integrate these pragmatically into everyday business. You are versed in handling management systems according to ISO 9001 and ERP systems (ideally SAP). Through your sovereign appearance, you will understand how to motivate teams, take responsibility and promote topics pragmatically and hands-on. Knowledge of ISO 14001 or other standards is advantageous. Personally, you are convinced by your own initiative, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as by sovereign communication with internal and external contact persons:inside - in German and English.
