Professional and organisational management of the purchasing team, including task distribution and prioritization Support and further development of employees in the team Determination and creation of needs in coordination with the internal departments Testing of notified material and parts requirements for plausibility and completeness Collection, testing and comparison of offers taking into account price, quality and delivery dates Presentation and preparation of offer comparisons as a basis for decision Negotiating prices, conditions and delivery conditions with suppliers Coordination and agreement of prices and framework conditions with existing and new suppliers Redemption and tracking of orders, including appointment monitoring Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and agreed specifications Participation in the optimization of purchasing processes and the further development of the supplier portfolio

completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in the area of purchasing Multiannual professional experience in purchasing or in a comparable position First experience in managing or coordinating employees desirable Safe occurrence in communication and negotiation with suppliers Structured, careful and cost-conscious operation Good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; ERP knowledge of advantage
