To strengthen our support center in Hamburg, we are looking for a Construction Manager (m/w/d) as soon as possible

As a Construction Manager, you are part of the Construction team and directly assigned to the Construction department manager After a comprehensive processing time, you will take over projects for the construction of food & beverage concepts at our various transport locations (airports/Bahn stations/car train stations) You control and control planning and construction processes as well as the respective time and cost control Coordination of external service providers & Accompanying tender procedures, acceptance and repair processes is in your hands Self-planning, coordination and monitoring the implementation of smaller construction measures Also the establishment of structural energy and environmental protection measures with special reference to interior design and shop construction measures is one of your tasks

You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineerin/economic engineerin/architectin or further education as technicianin or construction manager*in Alternatively, you have a successful professional training as a carpenter or trade fair builder You have at least 3 years of professional experience You are highly conceptual and have relevant experience in planning and managing projects You have experience in the expansion of shops/filials, ideally even in the area of Food & Beverage You work independently, are Stark in coordination and always keep an overview A certain readiness and good knowledge of English complete your profile
