They serve the employees of the corporate headquarters and other subsidiaries in all personal topics along the Employee Lifecycle – service-oriented, pragmatic and binding. In Recruiting, you can independently take over the entire process: clarify requirements, switch job advertisements, control selection processes and welcome new employees. You are responsible for our trainees at the headquarters: – Organisation and control of all training planning – Coordination of the application process and implementation of selection procedures – Implementation of feedback talks, Azubi projects and events – Cooperation with vocational schools and external training bodies They support personal questions on co-determination and labour law – e.g. in the preparation of works council hearings, the implementation of statutory requirements or labour contract regulations. They work closely with the Head of Personnel and bring your ideas into the further development of our HR processes.

You have a degree in human resources management, BWL, economic law or a comparable qualification You have first to several years of professional experience in the field of staff – ideally with focus on recruiting and training They have basic knowledge of labour law and interest in cooperation with the works council Of course, you have the pleasure of working independently and accompanying young talents Communication strength, empathy and a sovereign appearance are characteristics that work colleagues and superiors value to them Last but not least, they score with a routined approach to MS Office and applicant management systems
