Application: Product development Location: Übach-Palenberg Job-ID: 18330 Develop innovative and efficient formulations with a clear focus on technology and optimize existing processes Tax test and initial productions in our plants and give technical instructions to production Create high-quality prototypes for customer presentations and perform professional sensory tests as well as tastings Guide complex subprojects and actively accompany change processes such as OPEX in the company Define binding quality standards for our products and support specification management Work closely with the purchase at the supplier selection as well as audits and establish market overviews for trend identification Ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards such as IFS and HACCP in your area of responsibility

A completed vocational training in the food sector and well-founded application skills Multiannual professional experience in product development and well-founded experience in project management A pronounced hand-on mentality paired with high self-initiative, motivation and readiness to learn Comprehensive IT skills in MS Office / ideally Goolge Workspace and SAP for independent processing and guidance of other A strong economic understanding as well as a pronounced communication talent with a safe occurrence Language knowledge in German and English for cooperation at all levels Reliability, teamability and the necessary flexibility for travel activities to customers and suppliers
