Perception of object responsibility for the objects assigned to it and regular voting appointments with customers Compliance with customer and user contact care and contact function on site Control of the technical services in assigned objects and power ranges assignment, control and handling of external services Planning and implementation of quality improvement measures Planning of the control services for objects in accordance with the customer contracts and legal regulations for compliance with the operator obligations Implementation of fault and defect management for all services in the supervised objects Perform object visits and determine, display and set value conservation measures Conduct small construction and construction maintenance measures

Vocational training in the field of industrial technology with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable professional qualifications, ideally further training Multiannual professional experience in the described area Knowledge Business Administration good knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 MS Dynamics knowledge desirable Planning and organizational skills as well as independent and team-oriented work
