About the company

Our client is a state-of-the-art healthcare provider with the clear claim to ensure short distances, high quality of treatment and cross-sector care from a single source. A special unique feature is the continuous supply chain in the orthopaedic area, which ranges from the Akutgeriatrie to a geriatric rehabilitation established for more than 30 years to a specialized outpatient rehabilitation for endoprothetic patients. Parallel to this, the house is currently investing comprehensively in its infrastructure, including the new construction of the central emergency facility, a new heart catheter laboratory as well as completely modernized surgical areas, a new intensive care and wake-up station, functional diagnostics and an extended daily clinic. The endoprosthetics sector currently comprises around 400 interventions annually, including about 180 hip and 150 knee endoprostheses and 20 to 25 revision interventions with increasing tendency; the shoulder doprothetics is also offered, with the focus being on arthroscopic methods. The personal structure currently follows a job key of 1-6-5 plus assistant physicians, the senior physician simultaneously acting as a D doctor.

You take over the management as well as the strategic development of the Endoprothetics section You are responsible for the focused expansion of primary and revision interventions You actively prepare and implement an EndoCert certification You ensure the quality of treatments and continuously develop existing standards You work closely together with the geriatric and rehabilitation to ensure integrated supply paths as well as established signatories with the aim of further expanding the allocation structure You contribute to the further development of the performance structure within the framework of hospital reform You participate in the background service
