With your expertise in the area of Payroll, you want to help our payroll run smoothly? Then you are right with us! The position is provided in full time (40 hours/week). An occupation in parttime from 32 hours/week is also possible.

You will be able to prepare, prepare and reprocess wage and salary bills for your area of responsibility and carry out the corresponding bookings. Accounting-relevant data are reflected and updated reliably in our HR system P&I LOGA. As a competent contact person, you can help HR colleagues, employees and executives with questions about payroll accounting, social security and wage tax. Communication with external bodies such as health insurance, financial offices and social security institutions is also within your responsibility. You can actively participate in financial statements and internal and external audits. In addition, you’re asking for a complete reporting and voting of the relevant accounts in terms of pay and insurance law. With your focus on process optimization, you are committed to further developing our payroll processes.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a study – ideally with further training in the area of wage and salary accounting, also with experience from the environment of a tax law firm. Multiannual professional experience in the payroll you already bring. With the current statutory regulations in the right to pay tax and social security, you know well. You work safely with common accounting systems, preferably P&I LOGA. Organizational talent, service orientation and discretion characterize you. Your own initiative, team spirit and a structured way of working naturally belong to this. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing allow you to communicate precisely and sovereignly.
