Continuous analysis of the market, development of new customer potentials and acquisition of direct switching man data Successful occupation of direct placement contracts and support of (large) customers in this area Independent recruitment of qualified candidates, coaching for interviews, contact care and building long-term relationships with candidates Professional representation of I. K. Hofmann GmbH to customers, applicants and institutions in the Baden region Creation of reports, reports and continuous documentation in the IT systems Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations and business guidelines
