In the administration of the municipality of Schwielowsee, at the earliest possible time, the place is

unlimited and full-time with 39 hours per week to occupy. Our growing community is versatile, culturally shaped and well-developed in infrastructure. In the midst of forests, meadows and lakes, located on Lake Schwielow, we are in Potsdam and Berlin in a few minutes. You work where other holidays are made!

Guide to the construction planning of the municipality, in particular:Setting up, changing and updating of building plans (B-Plänen) Participation in the development of the land use plan (FNP) Application and further development of other planning instruments (e.g. internal divisions, external divisions, change barriers, urban contracts)

Management and coordination of the urban development of the municipality taking into account legal, ecological and economic conditions Coordination with external planning offices, public authorities and specialist authorities in the context of the construction plan procedures Preparation and implementation of the participation procedures by BauGB Technical advice of administrative leaders and political bodies on planning issues Organisation, leadership and further development of the field of construction and planning Participation in construction projects through the development of public opinion in the construction permit procedure Tasks of transport and infrastructure planning in the context of construction planning Participation in community development strategies as well as in urban development programmes Nature and landscape protection issues in the context of planning, in particular implementation of municipal statutes (e.g. Budget and investment planning for the field including budget monitoring Participation in meetings of political bodies and presentation of professional content

We're looking for you! Do you have well-founded experience in municipal building planning, especially in the design and control of building plans and land use plans? You are professionally versed in planning law and actively shape the urban development of a municipality? Do you understand yourself as a strategic partner for politics and administration in all questions of spatial development? Are you leading a team targeted, binding and with professional clarity? What requirements do we have for you? Complete studies in urban and regional planning, architecture, civil engineering or comparable alternative: management specialist with relevant professional experience in the field of construction planning In-depth knowledge in public building law, in particular: Baugesetzbuch (BauGB), Baunutzungverordnung (BauNVO), Brandenburgische Bauordnung (BbgBO) Safe handling of planning instruments and procedures of construction planning Experience in cooperation with political bodies and external project participants Knowledge of procurement law (VOB, VOL, HOAI) is desirable Leadership, decision-making and strategic thinking Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B
