• You run and develop the team at the HR Shared Service Center professionally and personally
• You are responsible for efficient, legally secure HR services along the entire employee lifecycle
• You control the personnel administration and care for on-time and high-quality processes
• You analyze existing processes, drive digitization and automation and implement optimizations

You advise executives and work closely with the HR departments for a continuous employee experience A completed commercial training or a study with HR reference or a comparable qualification form a good basis Multiannual experience in HR Operations and first leadership experience Know-how in the further development of HR structures and the implementation of digitization projects Safe handling of HR systems, ideally workday, and affinity for digital processes Strategic thinking, hand-on mentality as well as very good German and good English skills Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.
