• You support the operation and monitoring of production machines and equipment.
• You carry out quality controls and make sure that all products meet the high standards.
• You are responsible for compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
• You help in the packaging and preparation of goods for shipping.
• You contribute to making the production process smooth and efficient.

We are looking for

No years of experience are necessary for the position as a production worker (m/w/d) – your motivation and willingness to use are at the forefront. If you are committed and ready to learn, we look forward to your application!

• You have good German skills to understand the work instructions and safety regulations.
• Ideally, you have already gained first experience in a similar activity (not necessarily required).
• You are physically resilient and can work in a shift.
• You work reliably, team-oriented and precise.
• You are flexible and show willingness to take on new tasks.
