We are looking for a reliablen, committedn and empathicn healer education caregiverin for our integrative daycare center (m/w/d). Your tasks are: promoting the mental, social, emotional and motor development of children meet the special needs of children in close and binding with the children to explore the closer and further environment make them familiar with human, nature and the environment to formulate and implement individual goals for each child and for the group use age-appropriate didactics and methodology to achieve the goal Projects that build on each other and are carried out over a longer period of time Create and document daily structure and weekly planning give children in free play sufficient opportunities to decide themselves: what?, with whom? and what? You want to play Parent work and work with other contact persons and institutions (e.g. therapists, practices, etc.) Documentation of the development of children, as well as the creation of funding plans and development reports Design of group space Planning and execution of festivals
