Bridge Project Engineer in the IPA Model

We are looking for you as project engineer: in bridges in the IPA model (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Cologne site. Your tasks:

You work in an alliance project following the partnership model Rail and actively shape new, innovative ways of project execution in integrated project execution With planning and construction partners: you work in an interdisciplinary and partnership-oriented manner directly on implementation in the sense of integrated project processing (IPA) You are responsible for the realization of exciting construction projects in the field of construction engineering, such as the renewal of bridges Your main task is project management, you will ensure the quality, budget and timely planning and implementation of construction measures in compliance with building regulations. In doing so, you conduct a continuous dialogue with the builders, construction companies and authorities, coordinate the performance of the planning, construction monitoring and testing services compliant with the requirements of the project and work closely with the colleagues in technical planning and construction monitoring. As a project engineer:initiate tenders - and award documents, apply publicly - legal permissions, calculate and follow the project costs, check and evaluate supplements and tax-staffing and appraisal The development of scenarios and counter-control measures in the event of a target risk, as well as the coordination of the project framework conditions with the internal / external project participants (planners:inside, experts:inside, etc.) are also part of your tasks

Your profile:

You have a degree as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in focus on construction or a comparable degree First professional experience in construction project management or in the management of construction projects and experiences with tenders and the award of engineering and construction services as well as project execution in an IPA model are advantageous Good knowledge of construction engineering as well as knowledge in the fields of HOAI, VOB, VOL and the valid statutory provisions are advantageous Preferably, you already have practical experience in the application of BIM methodology and also masters the workstation-related EDV programs (MS-Office, iTWO) First knowledge in the areas of Plan Law, HOAI, VOB, VOL and the applicable legal provisions you bring For you, the joy of the economic and goal-oriented implementation of projects counts.
