Draughtswoman at the Teveren site in the field of structural engineering with a focus on CAD/BIM for federal construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the expert support of external expert planners with regard to the implementation of the BLB NRW CAD standard and the BLB NRW BIM directive and quality testing in this regard. You work constructively with the specialist departments in the home to help users implement the CAD/CAE standard and the BIM guidelines in projects of the BLB You are responsible for the exchange of test files with external specialist planners for the implementation of the BLB standards with the specialist applications used (REVIT, AutoCAD Architecture/MEP etc.) over the entire project duration including: Completion and documentation You shall ensure the testing and archiving of stock data in the BLB's own stock data system You draw up technical drawings, construction, detail and inventory plans as well as escape and rescue plans and firefighter plans in coordination with the competent fire department

You have a successfully completed training as a construction artist*in (professional building/architecture) or a comparable vocational training. Further requirements: You have at least three years of professional experience as a signatory You have application-related expertise regarding the programs used, the Autodesk Software AEC-Collection (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD Architecture/MEP, Navisworks) used in the BLB NRW, or the readiness for intensive incorporation You have relevant methods and software knowledge of standard applications (Microsoft Office, SAP) You bring certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) and are capable of leading a service car (guide certificate class B) You have the willingness to carry out a safety review ''Ü 1 to Ü 3'' under the Security Audit Act

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E5 Group to the E9a TV‐L (approximately 44.200,00 € – approx. € 58.800,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
