Under the brand Matthews Marking Systems, we develop, produce and distribute internationally labelling systems, software and inks for printing and labelling various materials and surfaces for the construction, consumer goods and packaging industry. As a subsidiary of Matthews International, we combine the stability and resources of an international group with the working culture of a dynamic, medium-sized company at our locations in Germany. We, Matthews Marking Systems, are looking for a dedicated and self-employed personality for a 24-month temporary parental representation in marketing.

The application is in presence at our site in Würzburg/Estenfeld, as the role requires close coordination with sales, marketing and adjacent functions.

In this role, you take a central operational role in marketing for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and work closely with sales and international marketing teams. Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) – Parental Representation (24 months)

Own operational implementation and coordination of marketing measures in the B2B environment (online & offline) Active participation in the further development of our online presence (website, search engine optimization and search engine advertising) incl. derivation and implementation of concrete optimization measures Creation, coordination and care of marketing materials in accordance with our brand guidelines (internal and with external partners) Working with regional marketing activities for the EMEA region, such as content formats, campaigns, events, PR topics and social media contributions Working with marketing-relevant key figures and KPIs: creation, evaluation and interpretation of reporting and deriving concrete action recommendations Coordination with sales and international marketing teams (including USA, Sweden) Working with Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Complete studies in media management, marketing or comparable training At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the operational marketing environment with practical experience in online marketing disciplines (B2B of advantage) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Detectable practical experience in online/digital marketing, in particular website assignment, SEO and/or search engine advertising Experience in working with marketing KPIs and in interpreting key figures and deriving concrete measures Secure handling of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign and Photoshop; Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro Embossed hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility Communication strength, self-initiative, team capacity and self-structured working Good technical understanding
