Customer service – Customer consulting - Customer accounting The place is first terminated as a maternity and parental leave for 2 years, with the option of an unlimited employment contract.

You are our “face” to the customer (personally, by telephone, in writing) for all questions in the private and commercial customer sector for existing and new customers You advise our customers independently, motivated and individually on our products in the electricity, natural gas, heat, water and broadband sectors and provide information at prices and billing modalities You reliably maintain the master and movement data (responses, responses, counter readings) in the SAP IS-U accounting program and hold the customer contacts firmly qualified In the team, you process the electronic messages from the market partners or initiate them as part of market communication You work together across teams and find service-oriented and pragmatic solutions for our customers

You have a completed training in the shop. Area ideally with background in the energy industry (no condition) You are contactful and have an open, friendly and cooperative appearance You have good MS Office knowledge, advantageous SAP skills You bring the willingness to work into the energy industry and to continue to develop
