Your tasks As a test manager, you are the key to the successful implementation of Managed Service Transitions in our existing and new customers. You work closely with an international team and meet exciting customers from the enterprise and public sector. You control the Test Management of Managed Service Transitions in stock and new customers. You develop project plans for testing and define test activities. You plan and coordinate the implementation of the test activities and document the results. You enter customers and ensure smooth project implementation.

Your profile Solid experience in IT project management. High level understanding of data center, end user or service desk environments. Experience in testing software or ideally services. Very good communication skills (fluential German and English in word and writing). Agile personality and joy in working on new topics.
