Freelance accountant or part-time employee (m/f/d)

Your duties (on site in Hilden) Continuous accountingbooking of initial and initial payments Monitoring of open positions and support in the dunning sector (telephone and written)

Travel costs & expensesExamination and collection of travel expenses Control of documents for completeness and accuracy Creation of travel cost accounting according to internal requirements and legal regulations

General accounting supportPreparing accounting for the tax advisor Proper storage and documentation of accounting documents (digital and/or physical) Coordination with our internal contacts and, if necessary, with our tax office

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting Professional experience in accounting, preferably with small and medium-sized enterprises Safe handling of a common accounting program (e.g. DATEV company online), a commodity management system and MS Office (especially Excel word outlook) Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Reliable, discreet and trusted cooperation at eye level For Freelancer: You work on an independent basis and can provide corresponding proofs (tax number, if applicable commercial registration) For parttime employees: You want a long-term, permanent job in parttime

Framework conditions for cooperation Working on a freelance basis or as a permanent job in parttime Size: approx. 15–25 hours per week, flexible by arrangement Place of work: on site in Hilden Remuneration: hourly rate or flat rate by agreement (freelance) or performance-related remuneration in parttime
