As a competent contact person*in the field of occupational retirement provision, you accompany the distributive start-up of bAV services in all execution paths offered by BarmeniaGothaer Lebensversicherung AG. In doing so, you will set up quotation calculations, clarify technical questions and actively introduce your expertise in the tendering team. You will advise our multipliers on complex issues relating to life insurance and our products, and you will first tailor-made and complex offers. In addition, you will create contractual documents such as collective agreements and performance plans and ensure professional and customer-oriented implementation. You advise our customers competently, solution-oriented and with a view to long-term cooperation. Last but not least, you work with working groups and projects and support the further development of our processes.

You communicate openly, transparently and value-estimatingly and understand how to deal with different conversation partners in a situation-oriented manner. You have successfully completed a training as a merchant*woman for insurance and finance or a comparable training or a corresponding study. With your experience in sales-related areas as well as in occupational pensions, you bring the technical requirements to work on complex tasks successfully. Your profile is rounded off by your secure MS Office skills and your structured and service-oriented working.
