Full-time or part-time accountant / real estate accountant (m/f/d)

Other business areas are the development of building land and asset management of its own real estate portfolio. Up-to-date property and rent accounting for commercial objects (small housing) Book all business transactions in debitor and creditor accounting (manual, deposit and cost accounting, target positions) Monitoring of payment inputs, maintenance of open items and dunning Creation of operating, secondary and possibly House money bills Account adjustment and bank bookings Close cooperation with property management, owners, tenants, service providers, tax advisors and banks Payment support Participation in monthly and annual accounts and in evaluations and reporting

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally in real estate management Solid knowledge of rental law, ideally also in WEG law Safe handling of MS Office Affinity for digitalization Careful, structured and reliable operation Professional and responsible Embossed number affinity
