♪ Your future task

In this position you actively shape the development and implementation of new products. The activities are varied and offer you the opportunity to introduce and further develop your technical knowledge and creativity. - Construction and development with Autodesk Inventor (CAD/CAM): You work with modern software, unravel product concepts and implement technical solutions – appealing design meets practicality.

• Editing STEP and DXF files and introducing new technologies: You adapt CAD data, convert and optimize models and implement technological innovations to increase quality and efficiency.
• Operation of the CNC milling (SCM Author M400, 5 Axis): You program and control our 5 Axis CNC and bring technical understanding and a sense of precision.
• Self-responsible development of efficient milling processes: You plan and optimise milling strategies, improve processes and reduce sources of errors.
• Tool change and handling of material bottlenecks: You carry out tool change, find replacement solutions and quickly and responsibly in case of material bottlenecks, so that production continues smoothly.
• Assembly of components: You mount components carefully and efficiently so that the quality of the end products is guaranteed.
• Maintenance and maintenance of the CNC machine: You carry out regular inspections and minor repairs to ensure the availability of the machine.
• Creation of piece lists based on technical drawings: You create material and parts lists for the precise planning and execution of production.

♪ Your profile

• You ideally have a training as a carpenter, wood technician or a comparable qualification.
• You may have professional experience in industry, preferably in woodworking.
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship distinguish you.
• Experiences with CAD/CAM programs are advantageous – ideally with inventory or Maestro.
• You can safely read and implement technical drawings.
• The work with wood gives you pleasure and is at your heart.
• You work reliably, flexibly and independently.
