technical and disciplinary leadership of a nine-member team in customer service, order and sample management for mineral oil, fuel, lubricant and petrochemical analysis Responsibility for the entire order processing – from supply creation to sample registration to reporting and accounting Ensuring high service and customer satisfaction as well as professional processing of demanding customer requests Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation and implementation of measures to increase service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction Digitization and continuous optimization of processes, systems and workflows Responsibility for invoicing and receivable management, including the monitoring of payment transactions Coordination of national and international sample and hazardous goods transport in compliance with legal requirements

minimum. 3 years of professional experience in customer service, order or sample management, ideally in the TIC, chemical or raw material environment disciplinary leadership experience in a customer- and process-oriented environment completed commercial or scientific training or Studies, ideally related to laboratory, chemical, oil or gas services Experience in the analysis and control of key figures and services secure handling of ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP and Salesforce Knowledge of sample logistics, hazardous goods, customs and international shipping processes as well as the relevant regulations (ADR, IATA, IMDG) are advantageous very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)
