Teamleitung Project Management Office (PMO) & Shared Service Center (SSC) (m/f/d)

Guided tour & control: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of our shared service center as well as a team of three project leaders. You can see yourself as a mentor and tactor for a modern, service-oriented organization in our personal development. Strategic PMO & Multi-Project Management: You are responsible for managing the project portfolio in the field of personnel development, personnel management and digitalization. You actively contribute your expertise in multi-project management and work with yourself in strategic and digitization projects. Operational Excellence in the SSC: As the head of our shared service center, make sure that the administrative handling of personnel development programs, assessments and workshops works smoothly. You guarantee quality assurance and time accuracy in ticket-based processing (e.g. via Microsoft Planner). Process optimization & digitization: You identify optimization potentials in our HR processes, design resilient standards and drive the digital transformation forward. The implementation and further development of HR suites as well as AI-assisted work resources are one of your core areas. Consulting & Interface Management: The management of external service providers as well as the safeguarding of data protection in human resources complete your area of responsibility.

You have successfully completed a BWL study with a focus on personnel, business informatics or project management or have a comparable qualification. You look back on a well-founded career in project management (ideally multi-project management) and have leadership experience. You bring profound knowledge in the design and optimization of HR processes as well as experience in the introduction/representation of HR suites and SAP (HCM). A safe handling of data protection topics in human resources and experience in service provider control are of course for you. You are absolutely safe in the use of MS Office applications and use AI-assisted work tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency already today. You are characterized by a high level of understanding, a pronounced consultancy and a strong customer orientation. A high level of readiness and a structured, independent way of working are the hallmarks of professional action.
