As a specialist planner (m/w/d) in the field of civil engineering (dewatering and traffic areas), you take on the technical responsibility for projects in land drainage and outdoor facilities in the planning team. You shape the interface between land, infrastructure and buildings, accompany challenging projects from conception to acceptance, and are the central point of contact within the planning coordination. Creation of design and execution plans for transport areas, outdoor facilities and land drainage Construction of terrain and mass models – as a solid basis for costing and execution Voting with approval authorities and the internal project team and monitoring the entire voting process Coordination of engineering offices, quality testing and ensuring cost, time and standard compliance Preparation and participation in the award of civil engineering services to subcontractors BIM-oriented planning based on the GOLDBECK BIM strategy with a transparent, efficient and forward-looking approach

Successfully completed studies of civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture or comparable training Professional experience in the planning and design of transport areas and drainage systems Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the CAD-based planning of roads, traffic areas and drainage systems Impressed communication skills, self-initiative and sense of responsibility Structured, solution-oriented working together with flexibility and team spirit
