Head of Pedagogical Integration Assistance, Early Intervention (m/f/d)

You guide the subject areas of pedagogical integration aid and network coordination Early aids in technical, organisational and human terms and develop them strategically, taking into account the dynamic legal and political framework. You are responsible for all performance processes associated with the field, in particular in the context of the integration aids according to SGB VIII and SGB IX. You are responsible for the planning, technical and financial management and monitoring of the associated compulsory tasks of youth and integration assistance, including budgeting and budgetary responsibility. You support the performance agreement with supporters of free youth and integration aid and are co-responsible for the conceptual development - in particular the inclusive orientation - of individual aids. You promote the networking of all the institutions involved in youth and integration aid and represent the field of external expertise in working communities and in relation to the regional welfare association. You represent the administration with special expertise in participation and inclusion in the Youth Assistance Committee and the associated specialist committees and are responsible for the area-related reporting in political bodies. You actively support the departmental management in organising development towards an inclusive youth office and participate in the management exchange of the city administration as well as in cross-departmental working groups.
