Tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the strategic development of Tribe products and align them with the long-term target images as well as relevant market, technology and AI trends. You control implementation planning and roadmap across multiple topics and products and, together with the Scrum of Scrums Master, ensure that the teams achieve their goals reliably. You prioritise topics, evaluate risks, explain professional and organizational dependencies within and outside the business unit and take appropriate measures. You take on the internal and external stakeholder management, represent the topics in committees and bring together different interests to sustainable decisions. You accompany the teams professionally in their further development and strengthen effective cooperation at the relevant interfaces.

Personality with profile You have a completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. You have a good technical understanding, well-founded knowledge of product and risk management and experience in a regulatory and agile environment. You bring relevant practical experience in the environment of artificial intelligence, data-driven solutions or innovative digital technologies and can translate technological developments into sustainable technical requirements and product perspectives. You have a well-founded banking knowledge and a good understanding of requirements, processes and relationships in the financial services environment. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2 level). You are convinced by a high sense of responsibility, you are beginning to be able to make decisions that can be stressed and you are making clear and sound decisions. With your rapid understanding, your strategic thinking, and your safe occurrence, you will quickly penetrate complex topics and move confidently in a dynamic environment.
