Head of the Institute: Construction or takeover and management of your own remedial institute in your region. They are responsible for the entire management as well as for the expansion and possible opening of further locations. Planning and organisation: creation of schedules, organization of day-to-day business and management of location logistics. Ensuring smooth running of all operational processes. Team development: selection and development of a team of 10-20 teachers per location. Marketing and sales: Conducting independent local marketing initiatives in coordination with central marketing strategies. Establishment and maintenance of local partnerships with schools and associations. Responsible for promoting growth and expanding customer numbers at your location. Community engagement: Active participation and networking within the community to promote the institute. Financial management: responsibility for budget planning and the financial management of the site. Growth potential: opportunities to expand and open further locations.
