We are looking for a highly qualified strategist/project manager who actively shapes complex business and market decisions. You work directly with the Board of Directors and Management Board, promote strategic initiatives and bring analytical excellence to achieve sustainable impact.

Your post: You are researching market, competition and business data in a profound way, and you are guided by uniquely concise ideas and presentations for top management. You take full responsibility for strategic projects and analyses – from conception to implementation – and make sure You achieve measurable impact. You evaluate and prioritise strategic initiatives and potential M&A targets based on corporate objectives and economic sustainability. You act as a central interface between the Board of Directors, Executive Board and internal and external partners in the fields of controlling, strategy and communication. You identify efficiency and optimization potentials and identify analyses and presentations that enable sound management decisions. You organize high-quality board meetings, conferences and workshops and prepare them at the highest professional level.

What is important to us: Excellent academic background, preferably at a leading university, ideally in economics, economic engineering or business informatics; lawyers, mathematicians or physicists with an economic focus are also welcome. A promotion is a plus. Multiannual experience in strategy consulting, project management, business development or corporate strategy, ideally in leading technology or industrial companies. Experience in cooperation with the Executive Board or Management and deep understanding of corporate strategies and operational processes are crucial. Very safe in handling MS Office; Experience or willingness to incorporate into tools such as SAP, JIRA, Concur, Confluence or Workday. excellent knowledge of German and English; Other languages are an advantage. Analytical excellence, high self-motivation, resilience, absolute discretion and a pronounced urge to achieve strategic effect.
