As an educational director, you will take the central role in organizing and supporting the Hüttendorf as part of our two-week holiday project for about 100 children aged 6-12 years. You work closely with the project management and the supervisors (m/w/d).

Your activity

• Development and implementation of a child-friendly, creative daily program as part of the motto “Australia – Kangaro & Koala’
• Technical support and coordination of the pedagogical team (approx. [for phone number see the original ad] supervisors)
• Support for the construction of the hut village and the design of children's groups
• Responsibility for the pedagogical concept and its implementation on site
• conflict prevention, crisis intervention & Child care in special situations
• Food purchases for the Hüttendorf
• Contact person for all actors: supporters, parents, children and support team
• Reflection and documentation at the end of the project

Your profile

• Completed or ongoing training / studies in the pedagogical field (e.g. social work, education, pedagogy, teaching staff)
• experience in working with children (especially in leisure/family)
• Organizational and sense of responsibility
• Team skills, communicative strength and conflict resolution competence
• Creativity and joy in natural, artisanal and group-dynamic activities
• willingness to participate actively in the entire project period (incl.
• Advanced guidance certificate (can be submitted)
• Desirable: First aid course, own car
