For our customers, a medium-sized company based in the utility industry in the heart of OWL, we are looking for a Teamleiter (m/w/d) A full-time staff placement is required at 40 hours a week. Responsibility for organisation, coordination and achievement of objectives in the internal sales service Close cooperation with sales management, external service and freight forwarders interface between customers, partners and internal areas Support for existing customers as well as independent acquisitions of small and small customers Creation and processing of offers, supply contracts, orders, invoices and complaints Management of projects, inventory and administrative processes in daily business Professional and disciplinary leadership of a great team

Completed commercial vocational training

Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable position

Ideally sales experience and security in customer support

Good knowledge of MS Office and how to use ERP systems (Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 of advantage)

Structured, solution-oriented operation and a professional appearance

Occasionally traveling with the outside service to customers (day pendulum area)
