We are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) at the Darmstadt/ Kranichstein site for our customers, from research, (47,5 hours/week) Working hours: Monday to Friday from 07.00 to 16.30

Your tasks:

• Guest reception and support, incl. admission permissions
• Support of the telephone center, call forwarding and picking up calls
• Daily arrival and exit mail
• Maintenance of conference rooms and staff kitchen
• Booking and equipment of conference and meeting rooms
• Material management, ordering and output
• Support of employees in various administrative tasks
