Expert petrol station supply (m/f/d)

Supply control, operational planning and optimization You control and coordinate regional freight forwarders as well as fuel suppliers along the entire supply chain to supply fuels and AdBlue to meet demand You pass on the quantities to the supplier monthly and tune the volume planning with marketing and sales You set up consumption forecasts and demand analyses as a planning basis for optimising delivery points, quotas and supply routes Contract and purchasing management You'll trade margins and supply contracts annually and perform price simulations in SAP You conduct quarterly freight rate calculations for forwarders You accompany shopping at forwarder invitations and contract negotiations Compliance, hazardous goods and quality assurance As an instructed person and interface to the external hazardous goods officer (IHK certification, ADR), you are responsible for compliance with all legal regulations and represent the company in the UNITI Logistics Committee You monitor fuel qualities (Wälzung Winter / Summer Conversion) and are part of the internal emergency team You carry forwarder audits on performance, KRITIS and risk management Budget, Reporting and Analysis You are responsible for planning, monitoring and forecasting the quantity and cost budget Start regular reports on stocks, delivery reliability and supply quality, KRITIS reporting and performance protocols for forwarders and monitor relevant KPIs You calculate the CO2 balance for ESG reporting based on controlling data Interface management, guidance and communication You are the central contact person for internal interfaces: HSSE, quantity accounting, technology, purchasing and marketing and sales You act as a professional manager for the team Service Stations (currently another person) and you are responsible for and guide this area with your expertise fully and independently You coordinate close coordination with suppliers on quantities, prices and contract topics You take over the function of the training officer (m/w/d) for the supply sector Stock and vacancies management in representation times You monitor gas stations daily (including regular routine checks via PDI / Data) and detect critical situations early You will set up daily vacancies reports and take action independently to avoid supply bottlenecks

Professional qualifications completed commercial or technical training or Studies in logistics, supply chain management, forwarding or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in logistics or supply control, ideally in mineral oil or gas station supply SAP knowledge (OGSD / ISOil, BW desirable) Experience with market prices Platts and Argus Media desirable Experience with Map & Guide and optimization tools of advantage Projektmanager (m/w/d) (ADR) Basic technical understanding for tank systems and knowledge of fuel qualities Personal strengths Solution-oriented, structured and self-responsive operation – You also keep a cool head in case of malfunctions Embossed communication strength in handling many internal and external interfaces High loadability, flexibility and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English for communication with international partners Occasionally readiness for freight forwarder audits and on-site checks
