You define and develop the product vision and roadmap for selected system modules in close coordination with the relevant business stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. You are responsible for the requirement management and the further development of our systems. You translate technical requirements into structured epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and implementable solution concepts. You bring together different stakeholders (e.g. business, IT and other stakeholders) and perspectives up to management level, create transparency and create workshops for requesting, solution development, prioritization and decision-making in such a way that technical requirements are understood and jointly create sustainable solutions. You accompany the implementation over the entire product life cycle and use agile, hybrid or classic procedures depending on the context. This includes implementation, testing, release, rollout and continuous optimization. You are responsible for and prioritize product backlog based on business value, strategic relevance, user needs and feasibility. You consistently focus on the user perspective, systematically involve user feedback in product development and develop solutions iteratively to ensure usability, acceptance and sustainable use. You help the business identify sustainable optimization and digitization potentials. You support and coach team members and project participants professionally and promote knowledge transfer within the organization.

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, business management, marketing, sales management, digitalization or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the environment of digital business, CRM or marketing solutions, ideally as a product owner, product manager or business consultant. Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick understanding. experience in international or matrix-organized companies is advantageous; Knowledge of logistics business processes is desirable. Experience with marketing, sales and customer service processes, as well as with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights or comparable CRM and Marketing Automation solutions are beneficial. Found experience with agile working methods and product management methods, such as Scrum or Kanban; appropriate certifications are advantageous. Experience in change management and support for complex, cross-departmental transformation initiatives. Embossed communication and stakeholder management expertise, as well as structured, independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic working methods. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
