Maintenance Technician (Residential) *

Operating technical maintenance in the housing stock: assignment, control and acceptance of maintenance measures

(e.g. heating failures, pipe breaks, electrical and sanitary work) Coordination of external specialist companies and service providers Technical assessment of claims and derivation of measures Ensuring the timely elimination of disturbances in the inhabited stock Documentation, audit and follow-up of measures Close coordination with administration, masters and external partners Special technical assistance and escalation No new building, no modernization control, no capex projects What this role is not no construction management of modernization measures no project control of larger conversions no architectural planning no strategic capex response Focus: ongoing operation & technical stability.

Must-have Complete technical training (e.g. SHK, Elektro, Gebäudetechnik, Meister /Techniker) Multiannual experience in the maintenance of residential properties Safe appearance to craftsmen and service providers Structured, reliable operation High self-responsibility in daily business driving licence class B Nice-to-have Experience in dealing with external administrations Knowledge in SAP or comparable systems Experience in the Berlin housing stock Understanding cost and budget control Hands-on mentality Solution-oriented instead of problem-oriented Efficiency and short-term issues Clear in communication and reliable in daily business
