As an internal service provider, Fraunhofer IZS campus services are responsible for institute-wide tasks at the Forschungscampus Stuttgart. The IZS area ''Building Technology'' focuses on the operational safety of the technical building equipment (TGA), construction and renovation measures and maintenance of buildings and supply facilities at the Campus Stuttgart. Projects run: You take over the planning, implementation and optimization of repair, refurbishment and conversion measures at technical plants of electrical and MSR technology. Design the future: In addition, you optimize and develop existing measurement and control concepts and support both in the programming and parameterization of the existing building control systems (GLT) according to the applicable standards and regulations. Living in cooperation: You work in interdisciplinary teams and coordinate complex planning tasks as well as activities at the interfaces to the TGA unions and external service providers. Think completely: In addition, you are working on the development of energy-efficient technical concepts, implement them from planning to execution and accompany the realization during the construction phase.

Complete university studies or completed training for the state-tested technician*in (all genders) electrical engineering, building automation or MSR technology, alternatively a comparable qualification Experience in the commissioning of systems of measurement, control and control technology or Building automation systems Routine in automation technology – e.g. with industrial PC systems and fieldbus systems – as well as programming experience with DDC and SPS (Siemens, Beckhoff) Ideally know-how in the planning, execution and maintenance management of supply systems in administrative and industrial buildings Willingness to take responsibility in the team and implement projects independently First experience with performance directories and tenders Very good German, communication skills and team orientation After thorough incorporation: willingness to take over the readiness of call every 6 to 7 weeks (specially remunerated) Recommended: Class B driving licence
