In the role of Product Owner eCommerce Excellence, you are responsible for the end-to-end ecommerce processes, in particular in the field of software products, training and hardware products. Extension of the Webshop product portfolio also extends the scope of action of the job owner. The future job owner ensures that the main systems CommerceTools, Salesforce (SF), SAP CRM, SAP R3 and S4 work together and optimise smoothly.

eCommerce projects with a focus on the integration and optimization of the main systems plan, manage and monitor and ensure compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards in your area.

analyse and improve existing ecommerce processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction and, if necessary, you will define and establish new processes.

Establishing and optimizing processes for activating up- and cross-selling via the different product segments.

take a central role in the ZEISS transformation projects and take over eCommerce’s concerns for seamless integration and interaction among others of CommerceTools, SalesForce, SAP CRM, SAP R3 and S4 systems.

cooperate with the Omni-Channel Program, the SSCs and internal and external partners to solve technical challenges.

Develop and implement training programs for employees to effectively use eCommerce systems and provide support and advice for internal teams when using the systems.

completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related area as well as several years of experience in project management, preferably in the eCommerce and/or Sales Excellence environment.

well-founded knowledge in processes in SAP, CRM.

analytical skills, a high level of customer orientation and the desire to increase customer satisfaction.

excellent communication and leadership skills in matrix and/or project organisations.

problem-solving thinking and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

fluent German and English skills
