Team Leader Data and Information Management Primary and Construction Technology (m/f/d)

You are part of the management team of our data and information management department of structural assets. In your role, you will lead and inspire the “primary and construction technology” team, which will be responsible for the technical plant documentation of point constructions (e.g. switching systems, transformers and buildings) along the entire asset life cycle. You ensure the optimal support of our AC/DC network construction projects as well as the plant operation in the area of data and information management. Your team continuously develop to meet the requirements of modern data and information management – with a special focus on documentation standards, clear specifications and high data quality. Last but not least, ensure efficient interface management between internal and external stakeholders and thus promote cross-departmental, effective cooperation.

You have a university degree in engineering sciences or a comparable level of knowledge thanks to many years of professional practice. For this purpose, you have several years of professional and first leadership experience, ideally for infrastructure network operators or asset-driven companies, complemented by deeper knowledge in data and information management, as well as basic knowledge about IEC standards (e.g. Doku marking). And personally? Draw yourself as a target-oriented, empathic team player both through diplomatic skills and through enforcement and persuasion. You have the pleasure of managing employees, are interested in new management methods/models and are keen to accompany change processes economically responsibly. In addition to the willingness to attend occasional missions, you will come to us with a class B licence.
