They are contact persons*in for our private and commercial customers. Written and by telephone, our customers are fully advised on products, tariffs and changes to the contractual relationship. They are responsible for registrations, changes in customer data, final clarification of invoice requests and payment transactions up to the agreement of installments. They inspire and attract customers (inbound) in the field of electricity, natural gas and drinking water. Depending on your personal skills and interests, you will work with you in projects and develop into special focus topics.

They have completed training or comparable qualifications. They have fluent German knowledge and good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing. They love to inspire customers and bring a pronounced service and customer orientation. They have a pleasant telephone voice and a positive transmission. They work independently and reliably. They have fun in contact with customers and have negotiation skills. They are characterized by an above-average readiness for performance and learning, team skills and customer-oriented action.
