Coordination of all customer requests in the customer center Telephone consultation and information on areas of application and applications of HARTMANN and BODE products Ensuring the 'Single Point of Contact' principle by appropriate interface management Development and maintenance of personal customer relationship Support for the field management of external services Processing and handling of customer orders Acceptance and detection of service and product complaints Processing of clarification cases due to payment differences Up and Cross Selling activities in coordination with the sales management

completed professional training or equivalent qualification by acquired professional experience or training First experience in telephone customer support desirable Embossed service and customer orientation Joy in calling, communication strength and team skills Self-employed, process-oriented and structured work Good user knowledge of SAP and MS-Office
