Description

• As a contract manager (w/m/div.), you are responsible for creating the commercial concepts for customer orders/projects as well as supporting and consulting the sales departments in offers and calculations.
• They create commercial and tax risk analyses for customer orders and conduct commercial customer negotiations.
• In addition, you control contractual payments and related collateral as well as measures to hedge contract risks.
• They coordinate mission-related activities with accounting, legal and insurance, etc., and claim management.
• They develop Non Disclosure Agreements, Framework Agreements and other third-party agreements and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in the fields of BWL/Legal Sciences/Economics Engineering or Kaufmann/-frau with corresponding training, coupled with at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar environment.
• Personality and working methods: negotiation skills and experience in the negotiation of projects with international customers, high autonomy, enforcement ability and flexibility
• Experience and know-how: very good understanding of international contract law, export and financing aspects (including taxes, export control law, compliance, logistics, etc.) and financial relationships
• Enthusiasm: readiness for global business trips
• Languages: German and English, other foreign languages of advantage
