Meet the day-to-day business in our People & Culture team and support in strategic, administrative and operational activities Accompany recruiting as well as onboarding and take care of our (international) working student inside and intern at the AIM Make contact with the supervisors inside our students and support in general enquiries Support the organisation of training and support the associated evaluation measures Get insights into talent management processes Support our internal employee communication on People & Culture topics such as employee engagement, Learning & Development and our Work-Well Health Management Program in our Intranet, based on Sharepoint

You study (international) Business, BWL, Social Sciences, Psychology, Law or similar You are registered with us as a student for the entire period of employment You have very good English skills (language and written) You control the common Microsoft Office applications and have a sense of creative design and catchy communication You have already gained first professional experience (practice/student activities) in the area People & Culture You work precisely and are proactive
