Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen Completely, you conduct Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including post-Merger integration, and are responsible for the entire process from identifying potential acquisition candidates to successfully completing the project. The entire M&A process is carried out by you, from detailed accounting and corporate assessments to project applications to contract negotiations. You monitor and evaluate transactions and developments in the competitive environment in order to identify and exploit strategic opportunities at an early stage. For the management, you will set up precise information memorandums that serve as a sound basis for decision-making for strategic points. Attractive business areas analyze and evaluate specifically for Bosch Mobility Electronics, develop concrete recommendations for action on growth promotion and initiate corresponding M&A activities. The various areas of Mobility Electronics are comprehensively advised in the development of their M&A strategies to make optimal use of synergies.

Education: completed university studies in business, economics, financial sciences or a comparable degree programme experience and know-how: long-term professional experience in dealing with M&A projects and processes; well-founded experience in the field of Deal Advisory and Strategy Development; demonstrable successes in managing and implementing M&A projects; experience in the field of DCF calculations, WACC, balance sheet and company analysis; Experience in managing international projects Personality and mode of operation: You manage to analytically penetrate complex facts and develop precise concepts from them, convincingly representing your views and simultaneously acting as a team player Languages: very good German and English in word and writing Application period up to and including 02.12.2025. *The gross annual salary for this body shall be at least EUR 118,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
